for the UPES M.tech admission you need to Sign up to official website of UPES then they will send a Email to your account follow the link given in the Email to proceed further.after submitting the application form you need to pay the fee online to UPES.you can get the form by paying fee through demand draft/Cash.for demand draft application fee is Rs.1600 and for Cash payment Rs.1500.
application fee is $75.
